Guillermo Porro is a versatile musician, producer, and recording and mix engineer with over 20 years of experience in the music industry. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with both independent artists and major labels, receiving multiple nominations and awards for his work, including six Premios Gardel (Argentina) and a Latin Grammy nomination. His impressive portfolio includes mixing and producing music for renowned artist such as La Ley, Beto Cuevas, Siames, Kim Carnes, Marilina Bertoldi, Söltz, 1915, Giardina, Cherrie Curry, and Angie Bowie, among others.
In his personal project with Daiana Azar "Make Mama Proud," Guillermo showcases his diverse talents as a composer, producer, guitarist, bassist, and singer. Their innovative soundscapes have been featured in trailers for movies, video games, and advertisements through their collaboration with Silo: Music in Los Angeles, California. Their work has contributed to high-profile trailers for major productions, including "Venom: The Last Dance," "Babylon," "Fast X" (nominated for the Golden Trailer Awards 2023), "The Fall Guy," "One of Them Days," "Helldivers 2" (Golden Joystick Award for Best Trailer 2024), and the American Team ad for the Paris 2024 Olympics, among others.
